How it works

From a quick thought to a planned day

One task, four steps. Here’s how Taskopi takes something you mention in passing and gives it a place in your week.

1

Capture

Type or say the task in your own words. There’s no form to fill in first; details like the deadline and rough length are read from what you wrote.

Example
“Write the product update for Thursday’s meeting, maybe an hour”

Task Write product update · Due Thu · Length 1h

2

Prioritize

The new task is weighed against everything else on your list, by deadline, effort and importance, so the order reflects what actually needs to happen first.

Example
  1. Write product update Due Thu
  2. Review onboarding doc Wed
  3. Renew passport This month
3

Schedule

Taskopi proposes a time block in open space on your calendar. If it would collide with a meeting, you see the conflict and a suggested alternative before anything changes.

Example
  1. Planning call
  2. Write product update Overlaps planning call
  3. Write product update Suggested open slot
4

Focus

When it’s time, the focus view shows the current block and what comes next. Afterwards, insights compare plans with reality so next week gets easier to plan.

Example

Now · until 3:00

Write product update

Up next: Review onboarding doc

Suggestions, not surprises

You confirm changes

Proposed times and priorities are shown to you first. Accept, edit or ignore them.

Plans can bend

When a day shifts, unfinished work is offered a new slot instead of quietly piling up.

Honest feedback

Insights describe how plans compared with what happened, without scores or streaks.
